William De was born about 1095 in Shipbrook, Northwich, Cheshire, England. William De's father was Earl Of Devon Richard Seigneur De Reviers Earl Of Devon and his mother was Adelise Peverel. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Robert De, Hugh, Baldwin De, Hawise (Maud) De and Joan De. He was the second oldest of the six children. He died about 1174.General Notes
