Maud De Senilis was born in 1093 in Tunbridge, Kent, England.  Maud De Senilis' father was Simon De St. Liz I Earl of Northhampton and her mother was Matilda Maud De Lens.  Her paternal grandfather was Ranulf "The Rich" St. Liz; her maternal grandparents were Waltheof II Earl of Northumbria and Judith De Lens Countess of Boulogne. She had a brother and two sisters, named Simon De St. Liz II Earl of, Adelicia De Senilis and Matilda De St. Liz of.  She was the oldest of the four children. She had three half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Infant Prince of, Malcolm Prince of, Henry Earl of, Claire Princess of and Hodierna Princess of.  She died at the age of 47 in 1140.
