Regulide's father was King Berenger II Of Ivrea OF ITALY and her mother was Queen Willa III Of Italy OF TUSCANY. Her paternal grandparents were Count Adelbert I OF ITALY and Holy Roman Princess Judith OF FUILI; her maternal grandparents were Margrave Boso Of Tuscany OF ARLES and Princess Willa II OF BURGUNDY. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Adalbert II, Conrad Dado D'Ivrea, Gerberga, Rosele Susanna and Urraca. She died in 1064.General Notes
Credited with the first unification of the country, convertedthe Danes to Christianity, and conquered Norway. After hisBaptism his fathers pagan tomb was transformed into a Christianplace of worship.
Introduced Christianity into Denmark, he had the famous Jellingrune stone erected in his parent memory. He was fatally woundedduring a rebellion by his son and successor, Sveng I.
