Judith Of Boulogne was born in 1054. Judith Of Boulogne's father was Count Lambert II Of Lens DE BOULOGNE and her mother was Countess Adeliza Of Normandy AUMALE. Her paternal grandmother was Matilda DE LOUVAIN; her maternal grandparents were Robert I "The Magnificent" "The Devil" DUKE OF NORMANDY and Herleva DE FAILAISE. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Piers I VALOIENES, Stephen and Adele. She died after 1086.General Notes
Credited with the first unification of the country, convertedthe Danes to Christianity, and conquered Norway. After hisBaptism his fathers pagan tomb was transformed into a Christianplace of worship.
Introduced Christianity into Denmark, he had the famous Jellingrune stone erected in his parent memory. He was fatally woundedduring a rebellion by his son and successor, Sveng I.
