Hugh De MORTIMER 
Hugh De was born about 1290 in Of, Wigmore, Herefordshire, England. Hugh De's father was Edmund De MORTIMER LORD OF WIGMORE and his mother was Margaret de FIENNES. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Roger, Walter De, Edmund De, John De, Matilda (Maud) De, Joan De, Margaret and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the nine children.
