Richard "The Loyal" De was born about 1098 in Diss, Norfolk, England.  Richard "The Loyal" De's father was Adrian De Lucy and his mother was Aveline Goth. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Walter De, Robert De, Emma De and Lucy De.  He was the youngest of the five children.  He died on July 14th, 1179 in Chipping Ongar, Essex, England.  He was buried in Lieutenant Of England - Ruled In Henry Ii's Absence.
