Amabel FitzWilliam , Heiress of Copeland 
Amabel was born about 1148 in Copeland, Cumberland, England. Amabel's father was William FitzDuncan , Earl of Moray and her mother was Alice de Rumilly , Heiress of Copeland. She had a half-brother named Henry.General Notes
He [Reynold de Lucy] married Amabel, 2nd of the three daughters and coheirs of William FITZDUNCAN and Alice de RUMILLY his wife, lords of Skipton, Egremont, and Copeland, and had with his wife the last two lordships.
