Adeliza was born in 1050 in Herefordshire, England. Adeliza's father was William FitzOsbern , 1st Earl of Hereford and her mother was Alice (Adelise) de Toeni. Her paternal grandparents were Osbern de Crepon , Steward of Normandy and Emma de Ivry; her maternal grandparents were Roger II "The Spaniard" Conches de Toeni and Godheut. She was an only child. She died at the age of 106 on May 27th, 1156.-
