Matthew Field

Matthew was born in 1563 in East Ardsley, Yorkshire, England. Matthew's father was Sir Rev. John Field and his mother was Jane Amyas. His paternal grandparents were Richard Felde and Elizabeth; his maternal grandparents were John Amyas and Ann Stace. He had seven brothers and a sister, named Richard, Christopher, John, William, Thomas, James, Martin and Anne. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 68 on June 2nd, 1631 in East Ardsley, Yorkshire, England.
