Sir Richard Fitzalan II was born about 1313 in of Arundel, Sussex, England.  Sir Richard Fitzalan II's father was Sir Edmund Fitzalan Earl of Arundel and his mother was Alice de Warenne.  His paternal grandparents were Sir Richard Fitzalan de Earl of Arundel and Alisona (Alice) de Saluzzo; his maternal grandparents were William de Warenne V Earl of Surrey and Joan de Vere. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Edmund, John, Edward, Katherine, Alice, Jane, Aline (Alaive) and Elizabeth.  He was the second youngest of the nine children.  He died in Arundel, West Sussex, England.

‌Sir Richard Fitzalan II and Eleanor were married in a religious ceremony in Ditton Church, Stoke Poges, Buckingham.  They had three sons and four daughters, named Richard Fitzalan III, Sir John Fitzalan de Arundel, Thomas de Arundel, Joan, Alice, Eleanor and Elizabeth.

‌Sir Richard Fitzalan II and Isabel were married in a religious ceremony in King's Chapel, Havering-atte-Bower.  They had a son and a daughter, named Sir Edmund de Arundel and Mary (Isabel).
