Alice De was born about 1340 in Wokefield, Berkshire, England.  Alice De's father was John De Driby and her mother was Amy De Gaveston.  Her paternal grandparents were Robert de Driby , Sir and Joan de Tateshal , Heir of Tattershall; her maternal grandparents were Piers de Gaveston , Earl of Cornwall and Margaret de Clare , Countess of Gloucester.  She was an only child.  She died on October 12th, 1412 in Stamford, Lincolnshire, England.
