Hildegarde was born about 0967.  Hildegarde's father was Thibault II "Le Trickeur" Comte De Blois & Chartres and her mother was Luitgarde De Vermandois. She had a brother and a sister, named Eudes I Comte and Emma.  She was the youngest of the three children.

‌Hildegarde were married in a religious ceremony about 1009.  She had a biological son named Bouchard III.
