Jasper Edward Sipes

Jasper Edward was born on September 6th, 1921.  Jasper Edward's father was Joseph Sipes and his mother was Dessie Hawkins. He had a sister named Lola Edith.  He was the younger of the two children.

‌Jasper Edward and Ruby Florence were married in a religious ceremony on October 26th, 1942.  They had a daughter named Living.
