John Shields 
John was born in 1735. John's father was John Shields and his mother was Margaret Perry. His paternal grandparents were William Shields and Mary Parker. He had three brothers and a sister, named Thomas, Robert, William and Mary. He died at the age of 84 on July 23rd, 1819 in Augusta Co., Virginia.-
