John Park Custis Scott 
John Park Custis was born on October 24th, 1830. John Park Custis' father was Samuel Scott and his mother was Parmelia Haggard. His paternal grandparents were James Scott and Susannah Zike. He had five brothers and three sisters, named James, William, David, Samuel Thornton, Samuel, Melinda Catharine, Mary Elizabeth and Sally Ann. He was the second oldest of the nine children.-
