Phillip P. Palmer 
Phillip P. was born on September 18th, 1826 in Fauquier, Virginia. Phillip P.'s father was Joseph Palmer and his mother was Elizabeth Fuller. His paternal grandparents were Unknown Palmer and Alice Palmer. He had nine brothers and four sisters, named Sidney, Thomas, Joseph L., Daniel, James W., Russel W., Charles Buckner, John Kenny, Robert Phene, Margaret, Mary Susan, Elizabeth Ann and Ann Mariah. He was the seventh oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 48 on April 26th, 1875 in Bedford, Lawrence, Indiana.-
