Arthur Palmer Palmer 
Arthur Palmer was born on August 10th, 1880 in Smithville, Indiana. Arthur Palmer's father was George Wilson Palmer and his mother was Sarah "Sallie" Kelley. His paternal grandparents were Robert Phene Palmer and Obedience "Biddy" Hunter; his maternal grandparents were Richard E. Kelley and Nancy Jane Butcher. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Robert P., Joseph Richard, Bertha Ellen, Annie and Epsie. He was the oldest of the six children. He died at the age of 17 on March 28th, 1898 in Smithville, Indiana.-
