Alexander Masterson 
Alexander was born in Ballintogher, England. Alexander's father was John Masterson and his mother was Cecily Fitz Gerald. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Masterson and Katherine (Cecily) Clere; his maternal grandfather was Maurice Fitz Walter. He was an only child. He died on April 3rd, 1640.General Notes
Alexander was of Ballintogher or Ballydonel. Will 31 Mar 1640. Of his
children, he only mentions his two daughters, Ann and Saly to whom he
leaves 250 pounds each. He also mentions his cousins, Edward Maisterson
of Ardcromane and Edward Maisterson of Borich. He was succeeded by his
son Robert, then aged 16, as found by inquisition at Wexford 17 Aug 1640.
