Ruby E. was born on January 1st, 1909 in Monroe Co., Indiana. Ruby E.'s father was Linsey Kelly and her mother was Leatha Deckard. She was an only child. Ruby E. Eads, 77, of Bloomington, died Friday at Bloomington
Hospital.
Born Jan. 1, 1908, in Monroe County, she was the daughter of Lindsey
and Leafy Kelly. she was a member of the Handy Pentecostal Church where
she was an organist for several years.
Survivors include her husband, Clifford R. Eads of Bloomington; one
son, Kenneth R. Eads of Bloomington; four daughters, Velma Robertson of
Brownsburg, and Naomi Hedrick, Verna Deckard, and Janice Rogers, all of
Bloomington; one sister, Doris Fox of Bloomington; one brother, Deward
Kely of Florida; 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and four great
great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Vanetta
Gayle Eads; and one brother, Vernie Kelly.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at Handy Pentecostal Church. The
Rev. Fred Edwards will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Ebal Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. Sunday at Allen

‌Ruby E. and Clifford R. were married in a religious ceremony on March 27th, 1926 in Monroe County, Indiana. They had a son and five daughters, named Kenneth R., Naomi, Living, Living, Living and Vernetta Gayle.
