Oliver Carmie Deckard 
Oliver Carmie was born on September 8th, 1883 in Brown Co., Indiana. Oliver Carmie's father was Andrew Deckard and his mother was Phoebe Fleetwood. He was an only child. He died at the age of 78 on January 22nd, 1962 in Monroe County, Indiana. He was buried in Knight Ridge Cemetery, Salt Creek Twp., Monroe Co., Indiana.
Oliver Carmie and Ola Mae were married in a religious ceremony on April 9th, 1908 in Monroe County, Indiana. They had three sons and three daughters, named Russell, Paul A., Oliver Elmo, Rosalie, Arda Frances and Mary.
