Melvin L. Atwood 
Melvin L. was born on April 29th, 1922 in Monroe Co., Indiana. Melvin L.'s father was Jesse Atwood and his mother was Hazel Smith. He was an only child. He died at the age of 79 on March 1st, 2002 in Indiana University Medical Center. He was buried in Valhalla Memory Gardens, Bloomington, Monroe Co., Indiana.General Notes

Fact: He enjoyed many years with several bowling leagues, playing golf,
fishing and travel.

Indianapolis, VFW Burton Woolery Post 18, and the National Ass. of
Retired Federal Employees.
‌Melvin L. and Chloe Ethel were married in a religious ceremony on June 9th, 1948 in Monroe County, Indiana. They had two daughters named Living and Living.
