Merle Joseph Loundree 
Merle Joseph was born on December 24th, 1915 in Sandy,Clackamas County,Oregon. Merle Joseph's father was Joseph C Loundree and his mother was Cornelia R (Nealie, Nellie) Shafer. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Laundree and Sophia; his maternal grandparents were Peter H Shafer and Annie E (Anna) Middleham. He had two brothers named Glenn C and Carl Dean. He was the youngest of the three children. He died due to Congenital Heart Block at just 23 days old on January 16th, 1916 in Sandy,Clackamas County,Oregon. He was buried on January 18th, 1916 in Fir Hill Cemetery,Sandy,Clackamas,Oregon.-
