Lloyd Washington was born about 1863 in Of Peytona,Boone County,West Virginia. Lloyd Washington's father was William Macdonald Javins and his mother was Frances J. SMITH. His paternal grandparents were Daniel Watts Javins and Mary (Polly) Basham. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John Marcellus, Daniel Samuel, James Thomas, Joshua Franklin, Nancy Ellen, Sarah Margarett and Mary Rozetta. He was the third oldest of the eight children.-
