Eltha Hicks

Eltha was born in May 1899 in Lincoln,Co.,West Virginia.¹ Eltha's father was Wellington B. Hicks and her mother was Annalee. Her paternal grandparents were James Bradford Hicks and Artimicia A Burns. She had two brothers named Winfield S and Benton B.. She was the second oldest of the three children.
