George was born in 1774.1 George's father was William Right Clements Jr and his mother was Isabella Hilliard. His paternal grandparents were William Right , Sr. Clements and Elizabeth ???; his maternal grandparents were Jonathan Hilliard and Unknown ???. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Johnathon Hillard, William III, Bartlett, James, Jesses, Mary, Elizabeth, Keziah and Isabella. He was the third oldest of the eleven children.1 General Notes
