Elizabeth was born after 1768 in Harrison County,West Virginia. Elizabeth's father was Jonas Webb and her mother was Elizabeth Nutter. Her paternal grandparents were Jonas Webb and Ann Mills. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named Benjamin, John, Nutter, Magdalene, Comfort, Zephorah, Susannah, Anne, Mary and Margaret. She was the fifth oldest of the eleven children. She died on September 12th, 1846 in Harrison County,West Virginia.-
