MATTHEW was born about 1500 in bristol,Gloucester,England.  MATTHEW's father was JOHN DALE II and his mother was MARY CLAVERING.  His paternal grandparents were WILLIAM DALE and WINTERS.  He was an only child.  He died in 1550 in London,England.

They had a daughter named ELIZABETH.
