William Casto 
William was born on January 12th, 1760 in Turkey Point,Cumberland,New Jersey. William's father was David Casto and his mother was Phoebe Gandy. His paternal grandparents were William Casto and Elizabeth Abbott; his maternal grandfather was Thomas Gandy. He was an only child. He died at the age of 70 on November 11th, 1830 in Jackson County,West Virginia.-
