James Archer 
James was born in 1747 in Ohio County,Virginia. James' father was Patrick Archer and his mother was Mary Weaver. His paternal grandparents were Michael Archer and Mary ?. He was an only child. He died at the age of 87 in 1834 in Noble County,Ohio.
James and Jane were married in a religious ceremony in 1776 in Pennsylvania. They had a son named Jacob.
