Elvira was born in 1867.1 Elvira's father was Alford B COPELAND and her mother was Eliza Jane ANTIL. Her paternal grandparents were William COPELAND and Sara SNIDER; her maternal grandparents were John ANTIL and Isabel CHENITH. She had five brothers and four sisters, named Alpheus J, Benjamin Ramer, Jasper John, David Lindsey, William S, Mary Ann, Sarah Belle, Eliza Jane and Laura Etta. She was the second youngest of the ten children.-
