William Murdock Beall 
William Murdock was born in 1742. William Murdock's father was Nathaniel Beall and his mother was Ann Murdock. His paternal grandparents were James William Bell and Sarah Pearce. He had two brothers and two sisters, named George W, Elisha, Elizabeth and Mary. He was the second oldest of the five children. He had three half-brothers and a half-sister, named Basil, James, Roger Brooke and Elizabeth. He died at the age of 81 in 1823.-
