‌Philip and Elizabeth were married in a religious ceremony on December 21st, 1784 in Shenandoah County, Virginia.  They had six sons and five daughters, named George, John, Benjamin, Philip, Jonathan E., Samuel, Elizabeth, Rebecca, Mary E., Katherine and Grandstaff.
