William Frederick Yoakley

William Frederick was born in 1843 in Sullivan County, Tennessee.  William Frederick's father was Jesse Cross Yoakley and his mother was Mary Hull.  His paternal grandparents were Richard Yoakley and Hannah Cross. He had a sister named Margaret Ellen.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 76 in 1919.
