Narcissa Matilda was born on May 25th, 1856 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Narcissa Matilda's father was Samuel Webb and her mother was Narcissa M. Gamble. Her paternal grandparents were Theodoric Webb and Catherine Mattox; her maternal grandparents were Robert Gamble and Mary McCarty. She had a brother and six sisters, named William, Mary, Manda Or Virginia, Sarah C., Serena M., Margaret E. and Martha M.. She was the third youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 26 on September 25th, 1882.-
