Sidney Wax 
Sidney was born in 1826 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Sidney's father was Jacob Wax and her mother was Susan Elizabeth Galbraith. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Wax and Margaret Geschwind; her maternal grandparents were William Galbraith and Ellen. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Henry Geschwind, William Caldwell, Stokley, James H., Nicholas F., Elizabeth E. and Susan Ann. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children.-
