Louisa was born in 1824 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.  Louisa's father was Isaac Thrasher. She had five brothers and five sisters, named William D., Isaac H., Uriah H., Joshua H., Samuel Marion, Mary Amanda, Cassandra Ann, Elizabeth H., Teresa Amanda and Rachel.  She was the second youngest of the eleven children.  Louisa is no longer alive.
