Franklin Taylor 
Franklin was born on June 17th, 1866 in Beecher City, Effingham, Illinois. Franklin's father was Emmanuel Taylor and his mother was Mary Ann Durst. He had four brothers and a sister, named John Wesley, Burgess Hamilton, Horace Benton, Jesse B. and Hannah Elizabeth. He was the second youngest of the six children.
