Jane Starnes 
Jane was born in 1858 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. Jane's father was Samuel Starnes and her mother was Nancy. Her paternal grandparents were John E. Starnes and Elizabeth Pearson. She had two sisters named Martha and Sarah. She was the youngest of the three children.
