This David sold his land in Halifax in 1803. He may have very well h ave
relocated in Hawkins Co., Tennessee with his Uncle Samuel. A deed o f Hawkins
County (1809) has a David Spears as witness to a deed of Samuel. Thi s is the
only other record of this David ever located.
