Shelby Shipley

Shelby was born in 1854 in Of, Hawkins, Tennessee.  Shelby's father was John Berry Shipley and his mother was Abigail Harvey. He had a brother and three sisters, named Shipley, Rebecca, Frances E. and Eliza C..  He was the third oldest of the five children.
