Thomas was born in 1535 in , Kent, England. Thomas' father was Richard Sheafe and his mother was Elizabeth Andrew. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Sheafe and Alice Hendley; his maternal grandparents were Giles Andrew and Agnes. He had a brother and seven sisters, named William, Joan, Katherine, Margaret, Margery, Alice, Mary and Anne. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died about September 6th, 1604 in , Kent, England. He was buried on September 6th, 1604 in Of, Frittenden, Kent, England.-
