Levi C. Rush 
Levi C. was born in 1876 in , Wayne, Illinois. Levi C.'s father was George W. Rush and his mother was Catherine. His paternal grandparents were William Rush and Jane Hagen. He had three brothers and three sisters, named William S., John H., George E., Nancy J., Martha A. and Missouri. He was the youngest of the seven children.
