William Rowan

William was born about 1760 in , Of, Virginia.  William's father was Francis Rowan. He had four brothers named Samuel, Francis, Charles and James.  He was the oldest of the five children.  He died in 1809 in , Hawkins, Tennessee.  He was buried in , Hawkins, Tennessee.
