James Madison Payne 
James Madison was born on August 4th, 1856 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. James Madison's father was William Latham Payne and his mother was Letha Whitson. His paternal grandparents were Payne and Abigail; his maternal grandparents were Enoch Whitson and Elizabeth White. He had seven brothers and six sisters, named Clinton, Mack Mccarty, Christopher Columbus, William Monroe, George Washington, Isaac Garfield, Elijah Von, Sarah Elizabeth, Louise Kitzmiller, Mary Emeline, Nancy Jane, Margaret Ann and Allie Jane. He was the second oldest of the fourteen children. He died at the age of 71 on April 19th, 1928.-
