Romanus II was born in 0929. Romanus II's father was Constantine VII Of The East and his mother was Helena. His paternal grandparents were Leo VI Of The East and Zoe Carbonopsine; his maternal grandparents were Romanus I and Theodora. He was an only child. He died at the age of 34 in 0963.
