Magnus' father was Ordulph Of Saxony Duke and his mother was Ulfhild Of Norway. His paternal grandparents were Bernard II Of Saxony Duke and Bertrade Of Norway; his maternal grandparents were Olave Haroldsson Saint and Estrid Of Sweden. He had a sister named Ulfhild. He died in 1106.
