William L. Noe 
William L. was born in 1893 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. William L.'s father was George Robert Noe and his mother was Harriet Birchfield. His paternal grandparents were Jackson M. Noe and Sarah Ann Mellons; his maternal grandparents were James Andrew Birchfield and Lucretia. He had five brothers and two sisters, named George Mac, Kyle Watson, Frank, Clarence David, Charles Edward, Mollie and Myrtle. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 30 in 1923.-
