Lewis Mitchell 
Lewis was born in 1795 in , , South Carolina. Lewis' father was Solomon Mitchell and his mother was Nancy Broughton. His paternal grandparents were Robert Tyner Mitchell and Jane Henderson. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named Greenberry, Morris, Richard, Jesse, John, Robert, Stephen, Mary, Elizabeth, Nancy, Rebecca and Susannah. He died at the age of 67 on May 18th, 1862 in , , Missouri.-
