George McPheeters 
George was born about 1812 in , Hawkins, Tennessee. George's father was Samuel McPheeters and his mother was Lucretia Barrett. His paternal grandparents were Samuel McPheeters and Margaret Seawright. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Samuel D., William, John Bovell, Elizabeth, Margaret, Sarah, Lucinda, Lucretia and Rebecca. He was the third oldest of the ten children.-
