James Marshall 
James' father was Robert Marshall and his mother was Mary Penny. His paternal grandfather was John Marshall Jr.; his maternal grandfather was Richard Penny. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Humphrey, John, Joseph, Robert, Elizabeth and Mary. He died in 1759 in Virginia.
